Pete has been in aviation since 1973, with experience from Part 145 Repair Stations, Part 121 Airlines, USAF Crew Chief, and Experimental Flight Test from Garrett Turbine Engine Company. He has held positions ranging from Chief Inspector to Director of Quality Assurance, including managing his own business.

Pete continues to provide part-time support as an Aviation Safety Instructor at the FAA Academy. He plans, prepares, and evaluates the learning material and contents of each of his scheduled lessons for accuracy and validity. Pete is certified as an ISO 9001-2015 Lead Auditor, has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, graduated from Aviation High School/NYC, and possesses an Airframe and Powerplant license (A&P).

Pete has extensive FAA Regulatory experience coupled with Certifications and Oversight experience, ranging from ETOPS, CAT II/III operations, Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Programs (CAMP), and CASS/Reliability Programs to initial CFR Air Agency and Operation certifications can provide accelerated certifications for your company. Pete is experienced in implementing Safety Management Systems into your current operations, including Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance procedures vital to everyday Risk Management principles.
