Profile
David Ibarra has more than 30 years of aviation experience across the US Air Force, commercial aviation and the FAA. His work spans airworthiness certification, UAS operations and Advanced Air Mobility, including work on regulatory frameworks with the FAA, EASA and CAAS.
He has served as an FAA Adjunct Instructor in energy storage systems, Part 145 maintenance and electric aircraft technologies, and has contributed to NASA’s AAM initiative and the ASTM F38 UAS committee. A Gulf War veteran, he is Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) and a member of ISC2.
