Gregory Pray

Gregory Pray brings more than 40 years of aviation leadership in air traffic operations, safety management, infrastructure modernization and international regulatory engagement. He retired from the FAA as Director of Policy and Performance for Safety and Technical Training in the Air Traffic Organization.

At the FAA he held senior roles across safety management, runway safety, aeronautical information services and air traffic safety oversight, and helped guide the evolution of the FAA Safety Management System, earning international recognition. He supports SMS design, airport safety programs and safety performance measurement.
