Jacques Astre served more than 31 years as an FAA aviation safety inspector, with oversight experience in more than 58 countries. For 10 years he was a team lead in the FAA International Aviation Safety Assessment (IASA) program, and he trains FAA and foreign inspectors for ICAO.
At Skyports he supports foreign repair station applicants, operators working with multiple authorities and organizations preparing for international assessments. He is fluent in French.
